If you can't get online, do these steps first.

*** If your web browser can't display a web page, close your browser and try unpluging the black power cord that goes to your antennas power supply (small black box with green light in the center). If you are using a wireless router, unplug or turn it off also. Wait 30 seconds and turn everything back on, then open your browser. This takes care of a large portion of connection problems.

*** Try bypassing your router by unplugging the cable in the back of your router (coming from the power supply), and plug it directly into your laptop.

*** Reboot your computer

If you are turned off for lack of payment, allow up to 1 hour after payment for service to be restored.

You can go back online immediately by clicking on the "click here" located on the screen that shows, and make a payment with credit card. You will be redirected back online after payment.

The ethernet cable that comes from the antenna outside, plugs into the POE port of the power supply.  The ethernet cable that plugs into the LAN port of the power supply, plugs into your network card on your PC or into your router.
